Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap focused on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead the architecture for scalable, future-proof AI systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous Strategic Foresight research to identify emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision and technical milestones for the next decade.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior technical role, with at least 5 years leading AI or Future Tech strategy initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
