Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud architectures specifically tailored for the technological demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends (such as Neuromorphic Computing) and assessing their potential impact on our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Technical Excellence: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system monitoring to ensure zero-trust architecture compliance.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and partner with cutting-edge technology providers to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or AI development, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and driving technical innovation in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
