- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish the long-term technological vision and strategic milestones for the organization.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI models, ensuring ethical deployment and high performance.
- Quantum Readiness: Design systems that are pre-optimized for future quantum computing architectures and decentralized networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Biotech interfaces) to determine their viability for core products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced technology strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Large Language Models, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
