Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation for the 2026 transition.
- Lead the research and deployment of emerging tech stacks, including LLMs, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with adopting bleeding-edge technologies.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
