Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) to determine their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of advanced AI systems into our core products, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical usage.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design a resilient, cloud-native architecture capable of supporting the demands of a hyper-connected 2026 digital economy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and product teams.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal innovation initiatives and hackathons focused on 2026-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or future-tech R&D.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
