Responsibilities
- Architect scalable tech roadmaps for 2026-2030 adoption cycles
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-AI hybrid system development
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision engines
- Identify and integrate emerging tech from DARPA and EU Horizon initiatives
- Develop patent-protected innovation blueprints for climate-resilient infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof coding methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling systems from prototype to global deployment
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FDA, FCC, or equivalent)
