Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.Lead research and development initiatives focused on Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital transformation trends.Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to prioritize high-impact innovation projects.Assess and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) into existing workflows.Manage a budget for innovation labs and pilot programs designed to test future market viability.Establish thought leadership and present the 2026 vision to investors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Technology Strategy within a high-growth tech environment.Proven track record of defining successful Technology Roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning architectures and their practical business applications.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus on long-term visions.
