Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing into core operations.
- Identify emerging market trends and regulatory shifts 3-5 years out.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding for R&D initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineering and product teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate and select external technology partners and vendors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on forecasting future market needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive presentations.
