The Role

You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on our business by 2026, and leading the integration of these innovations into our core infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on AI, Cloud, and Automation for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive trends, emerging standards, and competitive threats relevant to the 2026 ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to gain early access to innovations.
- Roadmap Execution: Work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives on schedule.
- Resource Allocation: Evaluate and optimize the technology stack to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency for future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, strategic planning, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading digital transformations.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate abstract concepts into concrete, actionable strategies for 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain, with the ability to assess their commercial viability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
