Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen digital products with market-disrupting potential
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization windows
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous system development
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with academic partners to incubate breakthrough research initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of product innovation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed ledger technologies
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
