Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Mentor technical talent through innovation workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental R&D teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps
- Portfolio of launched products or solutions with measurable market impact
- Fluency in emerging tech regulatory frameworks and ethical AI governance
