Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable and resilient software architectures capable of withstanding the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on next-gen AI, Quantum interfaces, and autonomous systems.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or distributed systems; familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts is a plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and implementing them to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the definition of 'normal' changes daily.
