Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, blockchain)
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI and machine learning applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration in Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive tech trends through 2030
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Prototype solutions in our innovation lab using advanced simulation environments
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of delivering production-level solutions for complex systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI specialization
