- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in IEEE/Nature journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Robotics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 2+ publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or swarm robotics
- Proven track record of securing $20M+ in technology grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted US patents
- Experience with ISO 26000 sustainability standards in tech
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
