Responsibilities
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks for 2026+ implementation
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Develop roadmaps for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient tech infrastructure
- Partner with startups and academia to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 3+ in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users/devices
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on forward-looking tech
- Experience with agile and DevOps in regulated industries
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
