Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and neuromorphic systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI frameworks with ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech labs on 6G communication protocols and quantum internet
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate modeling using exascale computing
- Mentor engineers in emerging technologies through our Innovation Academy
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $5M+ in grants for moonshot projects aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent with 10+ years in tech architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Qiskit, or similar quantum ML frameworks
- Proven track record leading teams with 50+ engineers and $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 23894 AI governance frameworks
- Patents in distributed systems or cryptographic protocols (5+ granted)
- Fluency in Rust/C++ with expertise in low-latency distributed systems
