Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, integrating quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead R&D for AI ethics frameworks and decentralized governance systems
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype immersive AR/VR experiences
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (bio-integrated systems, synthetic data)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof architecture principles
- Secure patents and publish whitepapers in emerging tech journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain systems
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS Quantum Technologies or Google AI Ethics preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with international tech standards bodies (IEEE, ISO)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps
