Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges (quantum-resistant security, hyper-personalization, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in rapid prototyping cycles
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and emerging trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-proof development methodologies
- Collaborate with academic partners on next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of deploying production systems in at least two future-tech domains
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive architectures
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies preferred
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with agile development for high-uncertainty environments
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
