Responsibilities
- Architect and prioritize 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and immersive systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and computational frameworks
- Identify and validate emerging technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
- Secure IP patents for proprietary technological innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Expertise in future-trend analysis and technology forecasting
- Strong technical background in at least one: machine learning, quantum algorithms, or spatial computing
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of deployed innovations with measurable impact
