Responsibilities
- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for next-gen technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics initiatives with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor 15+ engineers across 3 innovation teams in agile development cycles
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Translate emerging research into patentable IP and market-ready products
- Present findings at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, TED)
- Drive sustainable technology adoption across 50+ enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI systems (IBM Q, Google AI, or equivalent)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech development
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for R&D
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Exceptional leadership skills managing global, cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
