- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-responsive smart infrastructure
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to identify disruptive startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech specialization
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic system architecture
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on next-gen computing
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages

- Portfolio of at least 3 patented innovations in AI or quantum systems
