Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech

- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or decentralized consensus
- Proven track record of commercializing research
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
