- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of 12+ engineers and researchers
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies (target: 15+ filings/year)
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with published research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, generative AI, neuromorphic computing
- Experience with agile scaling in enterprise environments (50k+ users)
- Strong PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment across 10+ departments
