Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into corporate strategy
- Manage innovation sprints with agile methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling data visualizations
- Drive patent development for emerging intellectual property
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Strong background in agile/DevOps methodologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or CFTE)
