Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and human-AI symbiosis
- Translate cutting-edge research from MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich into scalable product prototypes
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding by crafting compelling narratives for venture capitalists and government grants
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech while publishing 2+ industry white papers annually
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in biocompatible neural interfaces
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and CES to shape global tech policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with >500 citations
- Secured $5M+ in non-dilutive government or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience scaling teams from 3 to 30+ researchers across global locations
