- Present findings to stakeholders via executive briefings and patent filings
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Strong patent portfolio or published research in top-tier journals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to pivot rapidly
