- Mentor senior researchers while publishing in top-tier journals/conferences

- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or Web3)
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate R&D funding
- Strong background in technology commercialization and startup incubation
- Demonstrated ability to lead international research teams across 3+ time zones
