Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience managing innovation budgets and resources
