Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI projections for new innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Track record of launching innovative products/services
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory trends
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Strategy preferred
