Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized AI ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for emerging tech incubation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to scalable implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two emerging tech products at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
