Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and global tech consortiums
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for disruptive innovations
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation labs and foster a culture of calculated experimentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in exponential technologies
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques, technology impact assessment)

- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks governing emerging technologies
