Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and patent development
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and track implementation progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
