Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for disruptive tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging fields
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Deep understanding of global tech regulatory landscapes
- Certifications in innovation management or futures forecasting preferred
- Portfolio of successful tech commercialization initiatives
