Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market expansion teams
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs for future-tech incubation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for emerging technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for technology adoption curves and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with patent prosecution and intellectual property strategy
- Exceptional data modeling skills for trend forecasting and market analysis
