- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster internal ideation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
