- Partner with R&D teams to align technological capabilities with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into current operations
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
