- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and trend analysis in rapidly evolving tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing organizational direction
