Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning for global tech disruptions and geopolitical impacts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in regulated industries
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting and scenario planning
