- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and competitive disruption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for future technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and investor communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
