Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for disruptive tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling skills for tech ROI assessment
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
