Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage relationships with technology partners and academic research institutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Portfolio of past technology strategy initiatives or research publications
