Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Analyze global tech policy trends and regulatory implications for emerging innovations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech adoption
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
