- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage innovation pipeline with clear KPIs and success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or immersive tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy)
