Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop commercialization strategies for emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, venture capital firms, and government agencies
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic impacts of disruptive technologies on business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performance innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with emerging tech focus
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite and boards
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and academic circles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
