- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to source breakthrough innovations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and KPIs for R&D efficiency and market adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and competitive landscape analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
