Responsibilities

- Partner with governments on regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech adoption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through venture capital and grant proposals
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology ethicists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum focus
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature or Science journals
- Security clearance for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
