- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team of 5-8 specialists
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech integration)
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (TSM) or equivalent
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
