Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory developments affecting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
