Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions for cutting-edge integrations
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technical specialists in emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market readiness assessments for 2026 technology adoption
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for next-generation innovation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
- Strong data visualization skills for presenting complex tech scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
