Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying and evaluating emerging trends (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive-level briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with real-world impact metrics
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through internal hackathons and R&D challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Successful track record scaling innovations from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
